fabio almeida was still sane’s longest serving drummer, playing with the band from 2010 until their last performance in 2012
working under the stage-name ‘carbon’, almeida was the band’s only drummer to have been immortalised by performing drums on ‘the goldfinger sessions’, recordings which were later found on the SCRATCH ROCK RECORDS release ‘no love for us’
with his untimely death in 2014, fabio almeida’s life and legacy has pushed those close to him to live life to its fullest and honour the time they shared together
although he is gone, he will never be forgotten
